The sermon emerges from an encounter with scripture and seeks to bring forward the wisdom and grace of the passage. We engage the text with biblical commentaries and faithful imagination to listen to what the Spirit is saying to her Church in this time. The sermon is never a “final word” for one to simply accept, but a word to begin a holy conversation within individuals and communities.
